Stephen has extensive experience in the design of commercial buildings, hotels, shopping centres and residential developments. Stephen has successfully delivered award winning residential and hotel projects. In the past 10 years Stephen has worked for Bellway Homes and property developers. Stephen has excellent technical knowledge and a strong focus in problem solving, Building Regulations, HNBC technical standards and detail design. Stephen demonstrates great passion and care for his work. Stephen is looking forward to helping deliver the next two housing developments for Hurstwood, Cotton Meadows, Barnoldswick and Beeston Park, Tarporley.
