Terms and Conditions
a. Any referral resulting in the establishment of a new tenancy with a net rental value of £5,000 or more per annum shall entitle the referrer to receive a £500 voucher.
b. Referrals leading to a new tenancy with a net rental value of less than £5,000 per annum shall entitle the referrer to a £250 voucher.
a. Only one voucher shall be awarded per letting. The initial referrer of the new tenancy shall be the recipient of the voucher.
b. Referrals must be confirmed by the new tenant upon inquiry to be eligible for the incentive.
c. Referrals must be confirmed by the existing tenant upon inquiry to be eligible for the incentive.
d. The incentive is applicable solely to new lettings as of 17th May 2024 and shall not extend to historical referrals.
e. The incentive shall only apply if the letting term is a minimum of 12 months.
a. No referral incentive shall be applicable if the new tenant has previously been in contact with Hurstwood prior to the referral.
c. The incentive is exclusively applicable to entirely new tenants entering into new lettings agreements.
The incentive voucher shall be awarded upon the payment of the first month's rent by the new tenant.
